Returns & Exchanges

Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original condition, unworn and in original packaging with all vendor tags attached (when applicable).

Accessories & Clearance Items are FINAL SALE!

Returns within 7 days will be issued STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or the incorrect item (due to mistake by shipper) was sent.

If the item is defective, which does not include sizing/color, we will inspect the item (s) before processing a refund. If approved, the credit of the purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment.

 

Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs on returns/exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. DO NOT return until you have contacted us first to ensure the item(s) are within our return policy. If items are sent without approval, we will not be responsible for lost packages or issuing any credit/refund.
